Why This Matters
Pancreatic cancer disproportionately impacts Black communities and military veterans exposed to toxic environments. Around 90% of pancreatic cancers carry KRAS mutations, which are notoriously resistant to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Current options are limited, and survival rates remain unacceptably low.
We are working to change that by targeting KRAS-driven disease with a novel, multi-modal therapeutic platform.

Our lead compound is designed as a single, patented molecule with three synergistic therapeutic domains each targeting a different mechanism.
Together, these mechanisms aim to block tumor growth, reduce immune suppression, and lower toxicity by replacing multi-drug cocktails with one intelligently engineered compound.
